ORDER PACKAGING

Orders are discreetly shipped by New Zealand Post Air International in plain bubble packaging for maximum protection. Product identification will only be enough to pass customs requirements and those required for Bioterrorism Act for the US. The Act requires that FDA receive prior notice before food is imported or offered for import into the United States. Advance notice of import shipments allows FDA, with the support of the Bureau of Customs and Border Protection (CBP), to target import inspections more effectively and help protect the nation's food supply against terrorist acts and other public health emergencies.

Our product is produced and manufactured in New Zealand. To meet both New Zealand and international standards, our manufacturer needs to meet stringent requirements. Their premises are audited regularly by the New Zealand Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry to ensure ongoing compliance. Additionally, they operate under the direction of the New Zealand Ministry of Health in the production of herbal, botanical and nutraceutical products.
